Urgently Required
Main Requirements:
* Male / Female
* Bachelor Degree from a recognized university
* Minimum 5 years experience in HR organization
* Excellent knowledge in Labor Law and its application in the company,
HR
Procedures and Processes, Recruitment, Payroll, Salary structure, Performance
evaluation, Jamsostek, Compensation and benefit.
* Knowledge of Industrial Relation, and has experience with Serikat
Pekerja,
LSM and Government
* Having good skill in interpersonal, and communication
* Strong leadership qualities, positive attitude, initiative and
independent
Salary: About Rp. 3 – 7 mio per month (Gross)
