HELPDESK (HD)
Responsibilities :
* Accepting and identification incoming technical and
administration complain from customer
* First level handling problem request and logged from customer
* Coordinating and escalating the interfering complained to
related department
Requirements:
* Male/female, age between 20-27 years old
* D1/D3 degree from Telecommunication Engineering/Electrical
Engineering
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
* Able to work independently, essentially a self-starter and
highly motivated under minimum supervision with result oriented
* Computer literate
* Proficient in English is an advantage
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
