1 Project QA/QC Manager
- Successfully implementing the company quality Management System (QMS) Preapre
and implement inspection and test plans (IPTs)
- Prepare project quality plan fro submission to Engineer and action comments
- Manage the Noncomformity (NCR) system
- Accomplish Site Inspections of Structural and Architecturalv works to
Specification and program including coordination with the Enigneer
Subcontractors and suppliers in addition to monitoring the MEP QA/QC Staff
- Perform factory visits and off-site inspections for subcontractors and
suppleirs works
- Reveiw method statements for technical adequacy
perfrom audit process on-site and off-site
- BSc. In Civil Engineer graduate with mininum 10 years experience in building
constructions.
2 Senior QA/QC Engineer
- He will manage/supervise the implementation of the QA/Qcprocedures and the
group of building he is assigned to and continously report to the Project QA/QC
Manager about any substandard quality of works by subcontractors.
- Makes recommendation on the staffing needed during the course of the project.
- BSc. In Civil Engineer graduate with mininum 7-10 years experience in
building constructions.
3 QA/QC Engineer - Civil/Structural
- He will ensure quality of Civil and Structural works in construction project
and implement adequate QA/QC procedures.
- BSc. in Civil Engineering graduate with 5 years minimum experience in QA/QC
works.
Minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC of building construction.
4 QA/QC Engineer - Finishes
- He will check the quality of finishing works in construction project and
implementation of adequate QA/QC procedures and policies.
- BSc. in Civil/Architectural Engineering graduate with 5yrs experience.
Minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC of building construction.
5 QA/QC Engineer - Electrical
- He will check the electrical installation in contruction project and
implement adequate QA/QC procedures and policies.
- BSc. in Electrical Engineering graduate.
Minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC of building construction.
6 QA/QC Engineer - Mechanical (Plumbing)
- He will check quality of Mechanical Installation in construction project and
implement adequate QA/QC procedures and policies.
BSc. in Mechanical Engineering graduate.
Minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC of building construction.
7 QA/QC Engineer - Mechanical
- He will check quality of Mechanical Installation in construction project and
implement adequate QA/QC procedures and policies.
- BSc. in Mechanical Engineering graduate.
Minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC of building construction.
8 QA/QC Engineer - HVAC He will check quality of HVAC,
- Plumbing & Fire Fighting in construction project and implement adequate QA/QC
procedures and policies.
- BSc. in Mechanical Engineering graduate.
Minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC of building construction.
9 QA/QC Inspector - Civil/Structural Inspector
- He will assist the QA/QC Structural Engineer in performing his duties.
- BSc. Or Diploma in Civil Engineering graduate with minimum 2 years of
experience in building contruction.
10 QA/QC Inspector - Finishes
- He will assist the QA/QC Architectural Engineer in performing his duties.
- BSc. Or Diploma in Architecture graduate with minimum 2 years of experience
in building contruction.
11 Sr. Safety Engineer
- He would prepare, review, revise safety plans, ensure proper coordination
between all parties at site for safety related issues, carry-out safety
inspections and audits, conduct safety training, coordinate safety issues with
contractors and subcontractors
- BSc. in Engineering with minimum 7-5 yrs of experience in construction works.
12 Safety Officer The main role is to assist the Safety Engineer in
maintaining a safe working environment.
- BSc. in Engineering or Diploma with min. 3yrs experience in construction
safety procedures.
13 Sr. Planning Engineer
- Preparation and maintenance of various scheduling tools such
as enterprise schedules, project schedules and progress measurement
and reporting systems.
- Establish processes and standards for monitoring, reviewing and
analysis of schedules during all projec
- BSc. in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
Seven years or more of experience planning projects of increasing
complexity.
Previous working experience in the UAE would be considered an
advantage.Acceptable communication skills in English language.
14 Planning Engineer
- Good knowledge of Primavera software.
Prepare the main program stage 3 all weekly and monthly report.
- BSc. In Civil or Architectural Engineering graduate with 3-5 years of
experience in planning.
15 Cost Control Engineer
- Responsible for cost control in the design and construction industry.
- 10 years experience of cost control in the design and construction industries.
