In supporting our client, a multinational manufacturing company, we are
currently searching for qualified candidates to fill up some positions as
follows;
1 person for CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER (Indonesian)
(Working location = BEKASI)
1 person for CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER (Philippines)
(Working location = PHILIPPINE)
Job responsibilities;
1. Responsible for answering and resolving all customer complaints
2. Ensure customer complaints are effectively resolved
3. Maintain a good relationship with customer
4. Coordinating and developing service provider
5. Process order and follow up service document and general clerical
duties
Requirements: You shall be a graduation of electrical or mechanical engineering
with a deep understanding of refrigerating system, at least 2 years working
experience in the same field, good in English as well as PC handling. You shall
also a person with a good coordination skill and very strong in following up
tasks. Out of those, you shall be ready to travel a lot for your job
accomplishment.
