Hi,
Approved Code format is 5-4-2 as per IG and
Addenda.
FDA site reports format as 5-4-1, 5-3-2, 4-4-2.
Can any one dealing with NDCs in Insurance Co.
confirm that by adding leading zeros to above FDA formats and converting
them to 5-4-2 format would be acceptable ? Will it be complient
to TCS?
