Hi, Few more Q about 278... 278 - UM02 Certification Type Code, Page Number 142 of IG : ASC X12N 278 (004010X094) May 2000 What is the difference between 4 Extension R Renewal S Revised I see no difference between Extention / Renewal / Revised. There is no explanation in IG. When are these used ? (Business Scenerio) Is Cancel used to cancel existing Authorization request ? Is there any restriction in terms of when Cancellation request can be sent ? 3 Cancel Does any provider request for Cancellation of Request ?
