Systems Support Engineer
We are looking for folks that have Tivoli TCM and Windows SMS. If they have
Enterprise Security Specialist & Tivoli Access Manager & Tivoli Identity
Manager only, we really don't want to look at them. Thanks
*** RESPONSIBILITIES: Install Prognosis software to defined list of Windows,
Unix, and Linux machines. Installations are to be preformed via Tivoli SWD
and SMS following Companies change management processes. Work with support
groups and engineering on any errors encountered. Ensure all activity is
recorded in detail within Companies Remedy system utilizing Incident,
Problem, and Change Management.
REQUIREMENTS: Excellent Communication Skills, Tivoli experience (3-5 years),
Tivoli SWD experience (2-3 Years), SMS experience on Windows ( 2-3 years),
Remedy Experience (1-3 years), Prognosis Experience a plus.
