The candidate should have the following: Strong SQL skills Business Objects Universe Design Business Objects WebI Business Objects DeskI Business Objects Crystal XI Business Objects Dashboard Manager Knowledge of Health Insurance industry is a plus particularly around membership. *Position#2 Job Profile : **J2EE software engineer/developer** Location : OKC, OK Start : ASAP Rate : $45-50/hr* *Face to Face required after telephonic screening* Must have experience: (8) eight years in the IT Field doing any combination of information systems development, functional and data requirements analysis, systems analysis and design, programming, program design and documentation preparation. (6) six years must be intensive and progressive experience in the implementation of information engineering projects; systems analysis, design and programming; systems planning; business information planning; and business analysis. Must demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work independently or under general direction only. A Bachelor's degree is a MUST have. Technical Skills required for this position: - J2EE knowledge (any of these J2EE skills front end JSP, middle tier Servlet, back end JDBC)- 2 years – What (model view controller) MVC experience do you have? It's an architectural pattern. Their answer could vary, just looking for basic knowledge. Ask What is the difference between a method and a class? Their answer should be there are multiple methods to a class. - database development with Oracle (either SQL or PL/SQL) (minimum 1 year recent) - Software testing (any of these- unit, integration, functional) (6 months recent) - AJAX, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS- 6 months with at least one of these PLUSES: Oracle 10g Application Server (deployment, configuration), standards and specifications (XML, XSLT, XPATH, Web Services), OOAD and Design Patterns.
