– US Staffing to support our IT Consulting & Project Management Services for
our US clients from our facility located at Hyderabad, India.

*Position: AVP Sales (Account Manager/Relationship Manager/BDM – US
Staffing)*

Location: Hyderabad, India

Type: Full Time



*Role & Responsibilities *

   - Identify new clients for providing staffing solutions.
   - Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients
   - Maintain and build relationship with the existing clients
   - Analyze requirements from clients, assign and have a close follow
   through with hiring teams
   - Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients'
   expectations.
   - Manage and develop relationships with consultants.
   - Meet revenue and bottom line targets
   - Report on daily basis to Executive Vice President on activities
   performed and submit weekly sales reports
   - Travel to meet clients to help improve relationships and business
   - Manage a team of recruiters and coordinate with other department
   personnel as & when required
   - Should be willing to work in Night Shift



*Qualifying factors*

* *

   - 3+ years of experience in Account Management / Sales in IT Staffing
   industry, USA
   - 6 - 8 years of total experience in Sales / Business Development,
   preferably from IT industry
   - Aggressive in nature, consistently met sales targets
   - Good understanding of staffing business, sales process and recruitment
   process
   - Ability to manage multiple client relationships and engagements.
   - Strong communication & presentation skills
   - Good business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
   - Strong problem-solving/analytical skills and negotiation skills
   - Good team management and coordination skills



*Education *

   - Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree preferably in Sales & Marketing /
   Management
   - Job Location : Hyderabad
