*Overview*:
*This ideal PM would have previous exp leading the day to day management of
large SAP applications based projects.* The Project Manager plays two key
roles- one is customer facing, second is internally focused toward project
management activities. This person will develop long term value realization
plans by defining and managing appropriate portfolio of projects to achieve
customer business objectives. PM responsible for Technical Project Manager -
the person will be responsible for driving the team of 10 FTEs and overall
utilization and coordination of the work that will be done

*Requirements:*
1. Must have 5+ yrs managing Technical *SAP *engagements utilizing
oracle methodologies
a. Provides overall responsibility for delivery, including guidance
and oversight for all deliverables and work execution
b. Manages plan, risks, issues, and scope associated with the SAP
Solution.
c. Ensures the quality of all project deliverables and appropriate
review and acceptance
2. Must have competency with the following capabilities:
a. Project Initiation & Integration Management
b. Scope Management *
c. Time Management
d. Cost Management *
e. Quality Management *
f. Resource Management *
g. Risk Management
3. Must have significant exp Managing & executing cost-effective
decisions regarding SAP applications delivery:* **{ ALLIGN strategy &
assess against current activities}*
4. Must have significant exp facilitating meetings and providing
clients with regular reports, identifying and managing issues that may
impact the Service delivery to clients.
5. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the
organization.
6. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and
effective communicator
7. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of
this project
8. Manage project deliverables including project risks, issues,
contingencies, communications, project schedules, project financials and
change management plans. Verify adherence and performance to standard plans
and procedures.
9. Must have experience with Microsoft Project
10. Must have significant project management experience with large
implementations
