This position requires someone with project management skills to support the hiring manager on: Coordinating teams to drive the deliverables of the function. Creating project plans and calendars. Creating power point presentations. Scheduling recurring meetings for status updates, steering committee etc. Maintaining the dependencies, milestones, time lines, issues list etc. Helping to write communications and status update emails. Document minutes & forwarding for review to the team members. Facilitation of meetings and off-sites. Qualifications- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills. Strong organizational, presentation, coordination and collaboration skills. Confident, mature and discreet. Ability to handle confidential information sensitively. Experience within financial services preferred. Compensation & data related experience is a plus. Creative problem solving skills. Generator of ideas and solutions to new initiatives and challenges. Proven track record of gaining confidence and respect of employees and all levels of management. Ability to manage own time effectively, work independently, and take accountability for actions while still maintaining a collaborative team environment.
