Role: Weblogic/ UNIX Application Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6 Months Rate: $45/hr. They ARE NOT looking for a Weblogic administrator but someone who does application/ production support in a Weblogic/ UNIX/ Oracle environment. Position details: Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance and support of various WebLogic and Apache environments for development, UAT and production. -Understanding of the Fuego technologies and supporting products based on it. -Creation of scripts to streamline the deployment, cleanup, maintenance and other processes. -Close coordination with other teams to ensure availability of components/environments. -Resolving data quality issues raised by users in each of the applications. -Coordination with various teams for DR events. - Business Continuity Experience a Must -Participate in the deployment of applications across multiple sites and platforms. -Assist with SQL query performance tuning and Oracle database optimizations. -Create and automate administrative tasks and monitoring tools using SiteScope/Nagios. -Participate in the 24x7 on-call pager rotation for application support of production related issues. -Technologies being used include: SUN Solaris OS 10, WebLogic Server 9/10.3, Oracle 10.0, HP SiteScope and Apache 2.0.55 and higher,Fuego technologies (AcquaLogic), shell scripting, Perl, Unison, Rsync, -knowledge of network protocols is desired, SNMP etc -Desired Skill Set Tripwire, Nagios, Sitescope, Java, Apex SQL Web Logic Unix Shell Scripting *RAJESH ….**?*** Phone : 734-591-3562 X 1177 Fax : 734-418-2603 Email : raj...@aim-cc.com | rajesh007recrui...@gmail.com |Yahoo IM : rajeshk_aim |www.aim-cc.com *P* Please do not print this email unless it is absolutely necessary.
