This is a Right to Hire position. If they find a suitable person, and he fits in well into the project they will offer a full time position. Java 5 Developer with Linux, DB2, ESB, SOA, jBPM, Spring, Hibernate, Maven (Right-to-Hire) Location: Jersey City, NJ Duration: 6-9 months, then fulltime hire based on performance Our client needs a Java developer to help them enhance and maintain a new product. The consultant will work closely with the tech lead to learn the product. If the consultant works out they plan to offer him/her a position to continue to support and enhance it.
