Akron, OH.*** *6 Months.*** *DESCRIPTION:* Lead the HR delivery of the global SAP HR project by working with and through the HR and IT project leads in each region and country. Define requirements for the globally integrated HRIT architecture, including master data maintenance and storage, self-service tools, reporting platforms, and bolt-ons as needed. Facilitate user support and training globally. *REQUIREMENTS:* System/interface design. Project management. HR process exposure. MS Project (intermediate) Bachelors level. HR Generalist experience for any size population (1-3 years) Large scale, cross-functional project management (1-3 years) HRIT experience - project management, requirements gathering, etc. (2+ years) Excel (intermediate) SAP structure & Design knowledge preferred *TASKS:* Clearly gather and define requirements for global SAP design and functionality. Coordinate the efforts (by influence) of the HR project team members globally. Manage the costs and financial reporting of the global SAP HR project.
