They would assist end users, team members etc in troubleshooting and sometimes be available to complete it themselves. So it is technical, but functional in providing functional troubleshooting. They would also need to have experience working at least a few projects with FI/CO or financial modules in SAP. Below is the complete description: ------------------------------ *Major Position Activities & Responsibilities:* - Support end users thru providing resolution and training on help desk issues that arise in support of the functional requirements by the business.
