Job Title: Fraud & Authentication QA Analyst (QA Analyst 4/5) Description: This individual will review requirements, interact with cross-functional project teams and develop test plans, complex test cases and execute testing in a highly visible, high volume fraud and authentication test team. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations and/or data requires an evaluation of numerous factors, including analysis and testing of multiple applications that support the Wells Fargo ISG Fraud & Authentication Team. Accountable for delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. Prepares sizing estimations and forecasts. Interacts with counterparts in project management, development, configuration management, and other groups. This individual also represents QA in meetings with management as needed. Required: . Fraud modeling testing experience (Actimize or other real time risk scoring software) . Authentication policies and rules testing experience (Oracle Adaptive Access Manager, Bharosa, 41st Parameter or other real time authentication rules engine) . Familiar with tools and testing concepts around security testing and web intrusion testing . Experience testing online banking or bill payment systems. . Understanding of black, gray and white box methodologies. . Experience in waterfall, RUP and Agile lifecycle methodologies. . Experience working on a manual black/gray box testing team in a fast paced, high volume, fraud & authentication environment. . Hands on experience testing fraud algorithms, rules and models . Knowledge of test data requirements, planning and conditioning test data for complex test scenarios . Experience writing, modifying, executing SQL queries in an Oracle DB environment . Professional, collaborative team member . Experience testing authentication and authorization for internet applications . Experiencing testing messaging in a web services environment . Proven experience creating accurate QA size estimations, budgeting, resource planning and forecasting. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. May be required to deliver status and presentations to peers and management. Preferred: . Experience working with culturally diverse teams . Ability to think both tactically and strategically when required . Knowledge of Quality Center . Knowledge of Clear Quest . Knowledge of Requirements Gathering Tools (Doors) . Experience in planning and supporting a formal Release Process .
