*QA Manger. * *Greensboro, NC.* *12 Months.* ** *Responsibilities:* Ø Coordinates and manages ERP implementation testing effort Ø Reports to QA architect Ø Collaborates with implementation team and stakeholders to ensure test strategy and test plan are successfully followed and executed Ø Manages day-to-day effort of test team Ø Provides status reports to QA architect and stakeholders Ø Gathers, analyzes, and reports metrics Ø Creates test summary reports Requirements Ø Ten (10) years QA experience; *including three (3) years as a QA Manager* Ø Extensive experience writing test plans, coordinating resources, managing test execution, and managing a defect tracking process. Ø Experience *testing ERP transactions*, ideally *PeopleSoft Financial experience*. Ø Experience managing multiple phases of testing including functional testing, *integration/E2E testing and user acceptance testing*. Ø Experience *managing defects in Quality Center or similar tool.* Ø Experience as liaison between testers and project team to manage defect resolution with developers. Ø Experience leading testing teams. Ø Strong work ethic and professional demeanor. Ø Solid subject matter expertise in QA and testing. Ø Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
