Location: Denver, Colorado
Duration: 9-12+ Months Contract*

Interviewing process:  Phone interview first; if all goes well then a face
to face will be required - We will cover their expenses for face to face
interview if they are out of town

MANAGER DOES PREFER LOCAL CANDIDATES
Lead Systems Analyst responsible for technical duties such as tool
integration, methodology expertise such as agile and waterfall, and process
expertise in the

requirements phase of the SDLC.  Work with other Tool team members to
integrate requirements phase tools and processes with other SDLC phase tools
and

processes.  Act as tool and process subject matter expert for Select Segment
organization.

Major Duties:
*Administer MicroFocus CaliberRM Tool.
*Administer MicroFocus TeamDefine Tool
*Roll out and train users on TeamDefine Tool
*Create interfaces for Rally agile project management Tool
*Create or utilize existing API’s to integrate requirements phase tools with
testing phase tools such as Quality Center
*Seek opportunities for new users for all requirements phase tools
*Find opportunities to innovate by comparing current toolset against the
SDLC
*Roll out and train users on upgrades and patches
*Leads and mentors other Systems Analysts
*Responsible to identify alternatives to solve the business and/or technical
issues that arise.
*Provide subject matter expertise for the organization
*Contribute to framework and methodology for documenting business & system
requirements
*Lead System Analysts in the support of the Select Segment organization;
provide leadership and direction in order to achieve quality application
delivery.

*Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a matrix organization across geographies
and technologies and influence others regarding process and methodology
usage
*Technical Skills: Strong analysis and technical skills including API
interfaces

ability to coach and develop individuals, the ability to work and relate to
all levels of business resources.
*Personal attributes: results driven, high degree of personal accountability
and self initiation, adaptable, change agent, collaborative.
*Exceptional team leadership and collaboration skills
*Looking for someone with experience working Caliber RM and Rally Software's
requirement management tool.
*This persons main responsibility will be managing the tools (Caliber and
Rally) and analyzing and prioritizing requirements for software development
efforts.
*This person will be tasked with owning the tools used to manage the SDLC.
Strong functional, and technical experience working with these tools is
highly desired.
