Job Description The Senior Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for driving key marketing database, data management, and data governance efforts globally. Working with the global marketing organization, sales operations, corporate data strategy, and IT, the Senior Marketing Operations Manager will manage the scoping and implementation of two database projects (marketing and partner databases), represent marketing requirements in a cross-functional master data management (MDM) project, and lead our data governance program. Responsibilities . Drive marketing and partner database projects as global marketing point responsible for project scope, RFP development and review, implementation, testing, and roll out. . Represent global marketing to ensure requirements are met in cross-functional, corporate master data management project. . Lead marketing data governance program. Develop a system, process, and data framework to support our marketing data strategy; establish working committees to ensure global process consistency; agree upon and document common data definitions; develop system controls; and drive the marketing organization towards best-practices. Maintain alignment with corporate data strategy team. Qualifications * A minimum of 5 years B2B marketing data management, marketing automation, or analytics experience. * Strong technical background with demonstrated database experience. * Proven ability to direct all phases of marketing systems projects with IT or external systems vendors. * Outstanding written and verbal communications skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding business environment prone to ambiguity and change. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering. * MA/MS, MBA desired. * Channel experience a plus.
