*Role Description: *

*Provides technical design, build, test, implementation and support tasks as
part of the Application Engineering Team of Wells Fargo Advisors Contact
Center Services Group. *
*Work will involve analyzing business requirements, writing technical
specifications, developing packages/code, participating in testing,
migrating packages/apps to production as well as providing level 3
engineering support for packages/applications deployed.
*

*Required Skillset: *

*5+ years Wise/MSI packaging experience
3+ years SMS/SCCM or similar deployment experience
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse business and technical
audiences
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast paced, team
oriented environment
Proficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills
List skills that are required for the role (i.e. programming languages,
databases, tools, compentencies)
*

* Business Knowledge Needed: Brokerage and/or financial services and
experience in a contact center environment very desirable.
List any business function process knowledge required for the role.


Additional Capabilities Needed: Desired but not required:
MS SQL database experience
Programming experience in an object oriented language
.NET C#/VB.NET programming experience
Asp.NET programming experience
Sharepoint experience*
