*Required Skillset: * *5+ years Wise/MSI packaging experience 3+ years SMS/SCCM or similar deployment experience Ability to communicate effectively with diverse business and technical audiences Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast paced, team oriented environment Proficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills List skills that are required for the role (i.e. programming languages, databases, tools, compentencies) * * Business Knowledge Needed: Brokerage and/or financial services and experience in a contact center environment very desirable. List any business function process knowledge required for the role.
