Role : Websphere MQ Admin Location :CA
Duration:6+ months Minimum 6 years of experience in administering Websphere Message Queuing and Message Broker and have hands on experience in version 6.0/7.0 for high availability · Advanced administration experience in High Availability architectures with Work Load Management and Clustering with SSL enabled · PERL, shell or equivalent scripting required · Solid understanding of the following concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, HTML, XML, J2EE, Apache/Tomcat, Secure Sockets Layers, Secure Certificates, Load Balancing, firewalls and multi-tiered architectures. · Able to troubleshoot system problems and resolve them, be able to write good documentation for future reference. · Proactively assess new technologies & capacity planning to meet growing business demands. · Develop, execute, and ensure compliance with Application Integration team strategy, architecture, standards, best practices, methodology and processes. · Open PMR's and analyze core dumps and resolve issues in a timely manner · Experience in analyzing, designing and implementing integration solutions using WMQ and WMB, knowledge of Websphere Application Server (WAS) is a plus. · Should be able to work (within the team and cross functional teams) and handle multiple priorities · Experience in operational best practices, trouble shooting, monitoring, capacity planning · Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
