Location: Memphis, TN Duration: 6-12 Months Rate :$100 Core Skills: Should have a minimum of 10 - 14 years in IT with leading organization (preferably Big 4 consulting) Should have sound knowledge in SAP Solutions in more than 3 areas of PA,OM,Benefits,T&E,ESS&MSS,Recruitment and Payroll and should be able to integrate them to customer needs Should have Implementation experience in atleast 2 region ( US&Cananda, Europe, LATAM, APAC) Should have experience in leading workshops, business users group during requirement capture phase, understanding of AS-IS Processes and defining TO-BE business processes Should have good understanding of Industry Trends, and should be able to design future & foolproof solution involving multiple applications Should have good understanding of the Industry Best practice and should be able to align customer practices with best in class industry processes Should have good experience of all the key HR Process SAP solution architects should be able to assess client’s needs and propose solutions, and should project a confident and capable corporate presence.
