Position: Lead QA Tester Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: 6 Months+ Contract Application Skill Lead Automation Engineer (HP Quick Test Professional ) 7-10+ years of experience • Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills • Experience in creating/implementing frameworks and setting up automation individually and NOT part of a team. • The ability to derive manual test cases into detailed test scripts then automate. • Solid Experience in automation tools like QTP/ Rational Robot, & Performance Tools (Load Runner/RFT/ Silk performer etc) • Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, testing methodologies & processes. • Knowledge of Test management & bug tracking tools (QC/Test Manager etc). • Develop automation framework for testing Web Services and develop automated scripts for execution • Test planning and execution skills for n-tier applications and complex systems, experienced in integration testing nvolving multiple systems • Experience in evaluating the requirements and determining the best tools needed and identifying risks. • Strong Experience in Agile development methodologies and Collaborate with project managers, analysts, technical leads, business partners and developers throughout the SDLC • Anticipates clients needs and proposes alternative technical solutions. • Change oriented - actively generates process improvements; champions and drives change initiatives; confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly • Very good knowledge on Configuration management tools • Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel, with small engineering teams to deliver on a rapid, iterative schedule • Effective collaboration across all levels of the organization to contribute to and implement capabilities on our roadmap • Financial industry knowledge is a plus.
