This is a contract position with an immediate start date; expected duration of the contract is through December 31, 2011. Experience with SSIS and SQL Server 2008 is preferred; but if you have experience with a prior version of SQL Server, we are still interested in hearing from you! *Position Summary * The SQL Database Developer Contractor assures organizational quality by establishing and enforcing quality standards; assessing and planning to mitigate risk. *Requirements*: *Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience *Experience with relational database architecture *Manage work assignments and work independently to see a project from start to finish *Effectively communicate with technical and nontechnical audience *Detail- and process-oriented *Strong analytic and problem-solving skills *Desire to master new technology *Multitasker and deadline-driven *Ability to balance high-quality standards with schedule pressures *Flexible and solution-oriented *Experience working in a team environment and as an individual contributor.
