*Job Title : Business Analyst W/ E-Business experience Location : Charlotte, NC Duration : 6+ Months Contract* *Description:* Acts as liaison between client area, technical organization, and other affected areas by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through strategic E-Commerce based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet). Responsible for producing business requirements. Functions as project manager for large and complex projects. Develops project plans and schedules, including budgets. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by evaluating current processes and recommending new e-commerce solutions that reduce costs or extend current capabilities. May work directly with senior management and is considered a high-level expert. This position will act as the primary Business Analyst; liaison between client area and technical organization. Individual will be responsible for planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications. Recommends and initiates systems testing. *Experience/Education:* Bachelor degree plus 7-10 years tech experience with at least 4 years of E-Business focus. *Key Skills:* 7 years minimum in web based systems and E-Business consulting. Experience gathering Business Requirements in various formats especially Use Cases and Functional Requirements documents. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. Very Strong verbal and written communication skills. Technical Use Case Creation Experience with WF systems. Screen prototyping experience. Experience coming up-to-speed quickly mid-project stream.
