Primary Skill Informatica Other Skills Bill Rate Competitive Location Burbank, CA Duration 2+ years # of Positions 1 Description REQUIRED SKILLS: - 6+ years hands on experience on Informatica including but not limited to creation of mappings, mapplets, resuable transformation, job scheduling and performance tuning - Experience with successful deliveries in enterprise data warehouse, data integration and data migration projects. - Knowledge of informatica workflow monitoring, troubleshooting failures and performance issues and exposure to administration tasks including but not limited to workflow migrations, security management and configurations - Knowledge of support processes such as ITIL and exposure to support activities such as incident management, problem management, change configuration and release management. - Experience in authoring and executing test cases to efficiently test informatica workflows. Preferable exposure to participation in User Acceptance Testing - Experience with relational database platform architecture, design, administration and support including but not limited to indexing, partitioning, parallelism, performance - Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences EXPECTED DELIVERABLES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Should be able to Understand the business process and the technical solution (informatica solution) implemented to address the business needs - Should have good knowledge of informatica as ETL tool, with more emphasis on troubleshooting, debugging and performance improvement tasks - Should be able to gain knowledge of people (users), processes, environment (software & hardware) and tools required to effectively perform support tasks - Should have good written and oral communication skills to communicate with the business to resolve support tickets - Should have good knowledge of database and exposure to perform tasks such as authoring queries, stored procedures etc as required in the project Skill Matrix -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Business_Intelligence" group.
