Below are specs for both jobs *Position Title - Senior Siebel Scripting/Developer (Hands-On)* *LOCATION: FT. LAUDERDALE, FL* *DURATION: 3-6 MONTHS WITH EXTENSIONS* * *Primary Duties / Responsibilities • At least 8 years of IT experience with Siebel Technologies. • Atleast one Siebel 8.1global call center implementation experience. • Expert in workflow processes, assignment manager and eScript and Browser scripts. • Document and gain sign of requirements per Business Requirement Documents and Systems Requirements Documents. • Provide the LOEs for the development scope requests. • Work with Offshore team and make sure to get the deliverables are on track. • Coordinate with external teams to migrate the changes into production. • Well versed in coordination, planning and release management efforts for Siebel CRM solution. • Ability to provide daily / weekly progress report to the offshore & onshore team. • This position may require 24/7 on call availability and possible work over the weekends. • Expertise to Analyze, Design and Develop Siebel Call Center application requirements based on best industry standard as per the business needs. • Expert in Task Based UI and other, Personalization rules, signals, variable maps, data maps, run time rules etc. • Monitor Logs and Alerts and trouble shoot any and all problems related to Siebel CRM solution. • Ensure application is operating effectively based upon business requirements and suggest improvements to Architect / Tech Manager. • Provide support, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Siebel CRM application, work with offshore team members on new enhancements and appropriate trainings, monitor success of implemented solution, coordinate with project team on a day to day basis and create appropriate documentation to support the Siebel solution. • Implement new and upgrade existing application functionality as assigned. • Maintain proper documentation for work flow processes, LOV’s, Migration plans, standard operating procedures, topologies, and web statistics in accordance with business requirements. • Complete proper testing of the assigned task, arrange service from software provider, monitor progress and document incidents according to departmental SLA’s. LAUDERDALE, FL* Focuses on demonstrating knowledge of established concepts in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating functional processes in a Siebel CRM 8.1.1 Call Center environment. Understands the concepts, tools, and techniques for the Siebel system and CTI development. Analyses and designs the Siebel to support the business with a focus on Siebel CRM task based user interface, BI Publisher, CRM Desktop and other new features design. * * Tracks and analyzes business practice trends. Collaborates with the Lead Analyst & Requirements Manager to help translate business practice requirements and satisfy them using the Siebel CRM system/Avaya CTI modules and features. Identifies and solves problems and seeks help from more experienced peers or other available sources, when necessary. Primary Duties / Responsibilities • Facilitate business requirement gathering sessions. • Document and gain sign off requirements per Business Requirement Documents and Systems Requirements Documents. • Design the Siebel CRM task based UI based on the requirements. • Design BI Publisher report requirements & templates per business requirements. • Support the design of Siebel CRM and CTI enhancements • Analyze requirements in order to generate test scripts and conduct testing. • Provide testing support as part of administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Siebel CRM application. Work with lead to create appropriate testing related documentation for the scope items assigned. • Follow documented standard operating procedures, topologies, and code / configuration guidelines for Siebel CRM solution. • Perform data analysis. • Identify and escalate any data discrepancies, escalating issues to senior team members. • Participate in maintaining documentation in support of regulatory controls. • Perform continuous reviews to align processes (for example, models, goals, expectations) with changing business conditions. • Follow standards and guidelines around process consistency and techniques.
