* Title : Business System Analyst ** Location : Kansas City Missouri Duration 3-6 months contract * * **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: * We are seeking an outstanding individual contributor to help develop our Concept / Ideation Estimation Process utilizing tools and best practices. This person will need to demonstrate that they have the capability to quickly begin the creation of the estimation process to deliver concept / ideation estimates for new initiatives based on parametric statistics and modeling at a ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude +-75%) level of accuracy. This effort will include the definition of the estimation methodology, development of tools and the creation of communication mechanisms to share this process with others. The expectation is that this position will blend Business Analyst, Process Management, Project Management and Account Management skills. This individual must be a specialist in the ability to create estimates with very little in the way of traditional project information. This is not about project estimation…it is about the estimation of concepts and ideas in support of a program. The resume must demonstrate this as a focal point in the past 2-3 years of work history. Employment requires a government NACI background investigation and drug screening. Travel will not be required as this work will need to be performed onsite in Kansas City. * MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s Degree with six (6) or more years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Management, Project Management, and Account Management. Possess excellent oral and technical written communications skills.
