-IMMEDIATE NEED A CONSULTANT- Job Title: Sr. OLAP Developer Location: Irving, TX Duration: 9 + Month Contract Professional Experience: Information technology professional with at least 6 years of experience with minimum College bachelor’s degree, expertise in Strong knowledge OLAP and business intelligence technologies. Involved and contributed to the requirements gathering, analysis and conversion of business requirements to high level technical design and technical specs, development, Unit/SIT testing, implementation, delivery documentation and support. Required skills: Hands on experience with SQL 2005 /2008 Analysis services 2005/ 2008 or higher databases Programming experience with Teradata 12 or higher ETL Architecture exposure with SQL Integrations service 2005 or higher Expertise in creating OLAP Cubes – MOLAP, ROLAP and HOLAP using Star and snowflake Schema MDX and Advance MDX language expertise Strong RDBMS Concepts, Database Management Systems, Database Logical and Physical design, Data Warehousing Experienced in Data modeling, Database Architecture, Data Mapping, Table Normalization, De-Normalization, T-SQL Queries, DDL and DML. Query optimization using clustered, non-clustered and Online Indexes. Experienced in Importing and exporting data between homogeneous/heterogeneous systems using ETL (Extraction Transformation & Loading) tools such as DTS (Data Transformation Services) and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services),Teradata Utilities(MLOAD,FLOAD,FASTEXPORT,OLELOAD,TPUMP) and SQL Loader.
