JAVA (J2EE) DEVELOPER* * **Duration: 6+ months* *Location: Birmingham, AL* The Java UI Developer role is to create and maintain J2EE based applications in a multi-team environment. This individual is expected to have vast experience in the creation of Web based J2EE applications including User Interfaces, JavaScript and Java Script Frameworks, Business and Domain Objects, and Java Servlets. In addition, the Java software engineer should have some experience working with EJBs, JPA, and MDBs. * * The Java UI Software Engineer is expected to have experience working with and writing SQL database logic using databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, DB/2, or other RDBMS type databases. The Java UI Engineer should have extensive experience in building Web based applications and front ends using JSP, Struts, Spring, Java Server Faces, and Java UI templating frameworks. The Java UI Software Engineer should possess experience using and deploying applications to Tomcat, Jetty, JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic, and/or Oracle Application Servers.
