Position : Quality Assurance Lead (Software Engineering) Location : Boston, MA, Duration : 6+months
Job Description The QA Lead will provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of a team that provides Quality Assurance (QA) services on a large and complex systems in all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). This is a very dynamic team of developers that support and develop web-based enterprise solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience and success in Leading a QA function. Ideally, QA & testing experience in financial or payroll systems and/or CRM (SAP, Navision or Peoplesoft) is highly desired. This is a global business unit, so experience working with staff in other countries and/or time zones will be helpful. Specific Responsibilities • Develop and Execute Test Plans, Test Cases. • Develop and Mange Automation Test Suite and Performance Test Suite. • Develop and Manage Manual Test execution. • Participate in Project Planning and Estimations. • Work with Developers, Delivery Managers to meet the sprint/release deliverables. • Lead and Manage QA functions thru all phases of SDLC. • Provide Technical leadership to other QA staff and thrive to improve release quality. Required Skills • Proven track record as a Manual/Automation Test Engineer.• •Proficient in Daily Defect Triage and Defect Lifecycle. • Manage and provide technical leadership and guidance to other QA engineers. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Required Experience • 4 year degree or equivalent work experience in the area of software engineering and QA. Masters preferred. • Overall 10 + years of experience in QA, 3+ years experience as a QA Lead. • Strong Experience in C#, ASP.Net. • Strong experience in planning and executing manual, automation and load testing. • Experience in managing QA activities across multiple QA/Staging environments. • Strong experience in creating test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. • Strong experience developing Automation Scripts using tools like Selenium/Silk/Test Architect. • Strong experience developing Performance scripts using tools like Load Runner. • Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment. • Experience in testing Enterprise Scalable Web and Client Server Applications on Microsoft Platform. many thanks Rakesh 617-614-7059 e-mail:rak...@vencesoft.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Business_Intelligence" group.
