These applications are complex in nature with many business rules and interfacing applications. They also cover a vast array of technologies (Websphere, J2EE, Java, Flex, MQ Series, Lazslo). Job Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this position is to provide expert response to production issues and maintain existing service levels for our Retail Applications. A successful candidate will apply their technical expertise to effectively troubleshoot and resolve application issues. The position will have an on-call component in a rotation with other developers. The candidate should be highly motivated, have the ability to multi-task and think creatively in resolving production issues. Required Skills: Java WebSphere Struts RAD Preferred Skills: Vignette Candidates must have prior Senior-level Production Support experience in an enterprise-level setting.
