We currently have a *12 Months Contract* opportunity for a  *IT Change
Management Lead* with our direct client located in *Berkeley Heights NJ*


*Position Description:*

This role is responsible for managing the Global Change Management process
across applications and infrastructure teams across all IT, through a high
degree of collaboration.

• Establishes process best practices and ensures adherence by all
internal/external groups across IT.
• Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Change management
process.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of process and making recommendations for
improvement.
• Monitoring and reporting on process performance. Providing, reviewing and
summarizing trends and producing management information
• Develop Change Management reports and identify action plans to improve
key performance indicators as necessary
• Develop Change Management KPI’s, Quality, and key process adherence
measurements
• Working with the process owner to plan and coordinate all process
activities
• Building & strengthening relationships with stakeholders over time in
regards of Change quality, completeness and effectiveness
• Working with stakeholders/managers and other process managers to ensure
the smooth running of services
• Incorporates, as appropriate, guidance and requirements for service
process from stakeholder groups including Quality, Compliance and Internal
Audit.
• Maintains all process documentation and manages training and compliance
for all appropriate application and infrastructure personnel – internal and
external.

*Responsibilities:*
• Develop standardized methods and procedures for Change Management. Ensure
that process standards are applicable for applications and infrastructure
services. Monitor adherence to established process and where appropriate,
facilitate the process.
• Monitor, manage and input to corrective actions to drive improvement and
compliance with service level obligations (evidenced by meeting/exceeding
service targets and good customer feedback scores.) Act as the user
advocates across IT by providing details on how service improvements
positively impacts colleagues’ workflow and productivity.
• Build strong productive working relationships with internal/external IT
functions to promote the Change management process. Ensure that service
quality measurement is in place and a "service excellence" ethos is
promoted.
• Ensure effective and regular reviews are undertaken into the performance
of process and develop continual service improvement plans to address any
performance issues

*Skills Required/Preferred:*
• Must have work ethic and demonstrated expertise in service process
frameworks including ITIL, ability to establish vision, drive change and
deliver results in an operations environment.
• Must be an experienced change and process specialist
• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional teams to develop,
document and improve process.
• Experience in implementing a structured approach and process to IT
service delivery and support within a corporate environment.
• Experience developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical
success factors (CSFs) for service process and various IT work environments
• Experience working with IT service management software applications like
ServiceNow, analyzing and directing improvements for business results.
• Experience in developing continuous improvement programs for service
process and IT services with clearly defined outcomes and success criteria.
• Experienced service, project and results-oriented professional with
strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• ITIL certified with experience implementing service process while
facilitating delivery of cost effective, quality IT services.

*Education:*
• Bachelor's Degree in the field of information technology, engineering,
computer science and/or business administration (Required).
• Accreditation/Certification in ITIL (Required) and preferably to
practitioner/manager level for Change Management
Industry Experience:
• 5+ years’ experience as an Change Manager in an application and
infrastructure environment (Required)
• Demonstrated experience in developing, managing and improving Change
management process. (Required)
• Experienced in implementing Change Management as a new process
(Preferable)
