*Fulltime* *Only USC and GC* *Phone* *Required Skills * · Responsible for the effective development and implementation of quality/testing programs to ensure that results meet company standards and end-user requirements. · Direct test strategies that encompass internal software development white box/black box testing, developing and managing a continuous integration test system, developing and executing test plans, protocols and test suites of software verification prior to release to systems test. · Ensure a reliable, scalable and maintainable software test automation framework using appropriate tools · Build and develop a team of QA engineers and testers, by providing general supervision and technical guidance (Enjoy doing this…working with vendors to build a team) · Cultivate relationships with technical leads and stakeholders to effectively scope, plan and manage the testing life cycle. · Collaborate in identifying opportunities to improve time to market while maintaining a high level of quality software for internal and external customers. · Actively drive testing and software quality development strategy and department roadmap/vision · Develop and manage metrics for performance improvement · Evaluate, recommend and select suitable test management, test automation and performance testing tools.
