Coordinates and monitors multiple complex IT projects from initiation
through delivery. Serves as the liaison between IT and the business line
customer to ensure that all targets and deliverables are met. Develops
project plans and cost estimates. Manages cross-project interdependencies
in order to avoid potential impacts and identify optimizations in regards
to scope, schedule, budget, and resource utilization. Works under minimal
supervision and may assist less experienced peers to identify and evaluate
fundamental issues on the project. Reviews data on complex issues, makes
good business decisions, and ensures solutions are implemented. Ensures all
project deliverables meet the customer’s time/quality/cost expectations.
Manages and provides oversight and direction to allocated project team
members to ensure quality and timely delivery of project requirements.



Job Scope:
Responsible for identifying and organizing resources associated with the
implementation of new technologies or the expansion of existing
technologies. Resources include dollars, people, technologies and
processes. The budgetary amount of such implementations may exceed
$1,000,000.

 *Qualifications: Minimum Required Education and Experience:*
•6-9 years of related project management experience in systems development,
application development and implementation or the equivalent experience
•0-2 years supervisory experience
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology,
engineering or an equivalent combination of education, training and
professional experience that provides the individual with the required
knowledge, skills and abilities
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Highly skilled level of proficiency in the key principles of cross
functional project management (ex: Time, Quality, Cost)
•Excellent financial acumen
•Proven track record of excellent project management skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the
organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels
•Critical thinker with solid judgment and strong initiative
•Proficiency in leadership/influence and collaboration across multiple and
diverse groups
•Strong experience with managing projects through all aspects of a project
life cycle
•Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
•Ability to delegate, effectively prioritizes own and project team members
workload
•Ability to effectively use automated systems and computerized applications
such as Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
•Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and
organizational skills
•Seasoned in managing geographically distributed teams
•PMP Certification
•Experience in Six Sigma, COBIT, ITIL, or other QMS frameworks

ground running on an Enterprise Identify Management project. Candidates
must work onsite at RTP and should be proficient with MS Project and
PowerPoint. Position will run through the end of 2014

system upgrade projects. Candidates must work onsite at PPD in RTP. The
assignment will continue through the end of 2014.
