Experience with Citrix XenApp 6.5. Experience with thin clients * 7*+ years of experience supporting a Windows 2008 environment including Active Directory administration Good knowledge of VMWare ESX, version 5.0 and above. Linux support experience would be a plus. Citrix XenDesktop experience would be a plus Good problem solving skills, trouble shooting website performance issues Experience in supporting 24/7 Experience in handling support tickets Experience in ecommerce environment is a plus Roles and responsibility Understand the flow of ecommerce application and support the ecommerce website handle any issues. Analyse the tickets trends and contribute towards permanent resolution of tickets /proactive support. Make enhancements to the existing ecommerce application. Prepare analysis /design documents and other relevant documantation. Work with offshore team ,team in EU coordinate on need basis. Work with thirdparty vendors , which provide part of the ecommerce site functionality.
