*MS SQL Server DBA* *Location: Barrington, IL* *Duration: 6 Months+* *Rate: $50-55/hr on c2c* *Job Description:* *This is a MS SQL Server DBA role responsible for providing both operational database services and development guidance to the organization .* Some of the primary responsibilities of this role would include owning, tracking and resolving database related incidents and requests, working with database developers and others in the engineering team to come up with strategic solutions to database related application issues. This MS SQL Server DBA role requires a service oriented mentality, high sense of ownership of the problems and requests assigned. The ability to work on multiple application development projects serving in both a hands on and advisory capacity.
