*Position     = PeopleSoft HR ConsultantLocation   = Miamisburg, OH
Duration  = Long Term*

Responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to
further automate and improve existing *PeopleSoft Project Costing and
Resource Management version 9.0 implementations with integrations to
PeopleSoft HR, Time & Labor, eProcurement, AP, GL, Expenses and Asset
Management*. In addition, the position will participate in designing and
overseeing the development of solutions using the PeopleSoft Portfolio
Management module. Experience with PeopleSoft Tools version 8.49 is
required. Typically has a Bachelors degree in a computer related major with
broad PeopleSoft knowledge and proven implementation experience related to
computer systems and *ERP technologies.*

*Education/Experience*
Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer
engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree
preferred.
5-7 years experience required

*Skills *
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention
to detail and interpersonal skills (Required)
Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and
constructive feedback (Required)
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Portfolio Management, Project Costing,
Resource Management and other *Core Financial modules (GL, AP, AM,
Expenses, eProcurement)*
Experience with
*PeopleTools Version 8.49 or above *Strong knowledge computer software,
such as *PeopleCode, Visual Basic, Java, SQL*, etc (Required)

*Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:*
Advise users on requirements for the organization and translate those to
configuration and detailed documentation for programmers and developers
Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions
on system implementation
Advise users regarding the nature of the information processing or
computation needs
Advise management on current system principles and necessary updates and
recommendations
Supervise the expansion or modification of system to add new modules and
improve existing modules and work flows
Advise staff and users to work with PeopleSoft Financials computer systems
and programs
Assist with the development and maintenance of the *PeopleSoft Financials
system*
