*SAS Programmer* *Duration: 6 Months +* *Location: Columbus, OH* Interview: Web Cam -- 12/10 – 12/12 The Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team. DODD is looking for a SAS developer to work with the current DODD state staff. At DODD the SAS programmer will work on jobs that are submitted for processing through a batch queue. The SAS programmer should leverage SAS for business application development in support of the DODD Medicaid claim processing effort. DODD utilizes the Base SAS engine running on a virtualized windows environment. Experience working with large datasets and business applications is a must. The programmer should be an expert at utilizing the Base SAS functional components including: Data step operations (Set, drop, keep, merge, update, rename, etc); Proc Sort; Proc Summary; Proc Tabulate; Proc Print; Proc Printto, Proc Append, Proc Transpose,etc. The Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team. Programmers typically are involved in maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Programmers have a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by the Application Team.
