*Need EAD, GC or USC * *RESPONSIBILITIES:* Consult with business teams to understand requirements for portal changes. Create design approach of how requirements will be implemented in BCBSM¿s WCM portal environment Perform all development activities to implement design approach in the WCM portal environment. Includes creation of pages, components, templates, etc. Test to ensure that developed solution meets requirements and business objectives. Coordinate with IT teams to integrate front-end portal solution with back-end roles, data, etc. Provide training of code to Maintenance Team for long-term support *EXPERIENCE:* Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. At least three (3) to years of IBM WCM development experience. *SKILLS:* Expert proficiency in all the following IBM Web Content Management tasks: WCM web site and portal development, creation/modification of authoring/presentation templates, developing personalization rules and WCM personalization components. Expert proficiency in all of the following: HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript and JSON. Competency preferred in the following: RequireJS, Underscore JS, Adobe CQ, Bootstrap CSS framework, jQueryMobile, Bootstrap, REST, Adobe CQ, Jasmine, Mongo Strong experience using the following software programs: Fireworks, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Visio, Microsoft Project and Captivate Demonstrated ability to develop websites that work across multiple browsers and platforms Working knowledge of online marketing tactics, industry trends and user behavior including search, email and social networking platforms.
