Working with Account Manager/DBM in acquiring new clients and getting requirements Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting. Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition. Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals. Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis. Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities. *Required Skills:* Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills. Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST - Eastern Time Zone). Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
