They would like someone who has at least 2 years of previous Team Lead experience and has lead at least 3 lifecycles. They also want someone who has worked with SAP APO/SCM for at least 3 years. Minimum 5 years overall experience but you are more than likely looking at someone in the 7 years ranges. There is going to be THREE phone/WebEx interviews and then hire. * Sr. SAP APO (Plan) Functional Support Coordinator *JOB SUMMARY:* This role will serve as overall subject matter expert for SAP APO functional areas providing leadership, direction, and expertise within the support organization of the SAP platform. The primary function of this role will be to govern support staff to successfully triage, troubleshoot, escalate, route, and resolve application issues. A secondary function will be serving as an active support team member A key measure of success will be the ability to analyze and categorize issues by both functional and technical areas, then partner with the appropriate teams to determine next steps for successfully resolving the issue.
