The Application Support Associate will resolve incidents with our enterprise software platforms; will interact with developers and end users throughout the company; and will help maintain the enterprise environment. The Application Support Associate will need to learn about technology assets of varying levels of complexity and business criticality, and will eventually become the Subject Matter Expert and escalation point for a subset of those applications. *Responsibilities would include: * • Supporting critical enterprise software via incident handling and service requests • Performing maintenance on critical production servers • Improving existing support materials and processes • *Joining an overnight coverage rotation for incident handling Position Requirements: Technical Skills 1.
