Standard server configuration* o Configure Storage on server o Install Software o Install and configure toolsets (JIRA, confluence, Nagios, Apache) o Install Backup NBU Client software, configuration and good understanding on Backups. o Network and Security Configuration *3. VMware * o Install and configure cluster software o Configure storage volume for cluster. o Build cluster nodes o Test cluster failover *4. Server and Data migration* Migration of servers and data from: o Physical server to Physical server o Physical server to Virtual server o Virtual Server to Virtual server o Data migration and validation as per customer requirement. 5*. Server De-Install (Defined Standards*) o Assess and Remove Storage(local disk, SAN and NAS) o Remove tools and other software on server. o Wipe/Clean data from storage o Disable and remove server cluster configuration o Remove from monitoring tools o Remove server from Network *6. Scripting (Shell Scripting)* o Creating and maintaining scripts for server build automation. o Creating and maintaining scripts for Quality Checks as per checklist. o Identifying scope for automation in Server Build and Quality Assurance. *7. Quality Assurance for newly built server (Technical Evaluation)* o Validate build documents.
