*qualifications*

   - two years of experience developing obiee reports for oracle r12 ebs
   - understanding of obiee best practices and familiarity with the ap, ar,
   fa, gl and po modules as well as subledger accounting
   - ability to communicate clearly and effectively with users at all
   levels of the organization
   - experience with an upgrade from 11i to r12  is preferable but not
   required
   - knowledge of discoverer or noetix is preferable but not required


   1. provide reporting samples and queries or other reporting requirements
   documentation
   2. confirm data requirements
      1. review data requirements document
      2. update with missing/ incorrect data elements
   3. review templates created by obiee development team
      1. confirm that template can be used to meet reporting needs
      2. if template cannot be used, create local report from template
      3. conform the global reporting standards when creating new reports
      unless specific local standards have been communicated
   4. create tickets and follow up on progress through resolution for
   issues identified with reports

 *reports which use data from ebs and at least one other data source*

   1. work with the local it and r12 pmo to determine the best approach for
   obtaining ebs data needed for the report
   2. create a requirement document detailing the ebs data that will need
   to be made available for the report
   3. work with local it to develop the reports
   4. test the reports and communicate to the pmo that the reports have
   test approved and are ready for implementation with the r12 project
