*Position:- SAP FICO Revenue Recognition Specialist * *Location:- Southlake Texas* *Duration:- 6m * *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* *Need Only USC, GC, TN* *GENERAL DESCRIPTION* · Client has an established SAP environment continually adapting to new business models and servicing an international user base. · Client must adopt the new revenue recognition standards and plans to implement SAPs new revenue recognition tool in support of this. · We are looking for someone with heavy revenue recognition experience, expert in SAP FI/CO, with a strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) *DUTIES: * · Learn SAPs new revenue recognition module, starting with version 1.0 and progressing as new versions are rolled out. · Understand Clients current company-wide revenue recognition practices. · Design and implement automation of revenue recognition within Client that meets the new revenue recognition standards. · Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials and Controlling to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. · Design, configuration and testing of core FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR) Design, configuration and testing of Asset Management Design, configuration and testing of Consolidations in EC-CS Design, configuration and testing of CO-PA Experience with product costing and material ledger Experience and knowledge of key integration points with FI/CO modules Responsibility for successful implementations within SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients. · Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. *REQUIRED SKILLS: * · Proven experience implementing automation of revenue recognition processes · 10+ years of experience with SAP ECC 6.0, with at least 2 to 3 complete · 10+ life cycle implementations · Proven experience in BRF+ · Keen analytical skills; able to gather business requirements, then make them come alive within SAP Experience in Financial Accounting (FI): General Ledger Accounting, Classic GL, New GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Special Purpose Ledgers, Experience in Controlling (CO): Product Cost Controlling, Overhead Cost Orders, Overhead projects, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center accounting, Activity Types/Rates Knowledge of FICO Org Structures; GL, Cost Centers / Elements, Profit Centers, Activity Types / Rates, Company Codes for a Global Organization, Foreign Currencies and Month-end Close experience · Experience in defining integration between SAP and other systems Outstanding written and communications skills, ability to develop strong relationships with business and IT teams is an essential. *PREFERRED SKILLS: * · Experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module Experience in SAP Project Systems (PS) module · Experience with SAP Variant Configuration Technical skills, such as hands-on integration development experience · Experience utilizing an Agile development approach Knowledge of profitability analysis Regards, Vijay Saraswat(Sr Technical Recruiter) Tel Off: 248.565.4747 | Ext. 108| F: 248.254.7211 | Email Id: vsaras...@tekshapers.com <hgul...@tekshapers.com> | W: www.tekshapers.com GTalk: vsaras...@tekshapers.com <ras...@tekshapers.com>/*vijay.rgtalent* Tekshapers Inc. |1441 E Maple Rd,Suit#301,Troy,Michigan, USA * Please consider the environment before printing this email.
