*Job Title**: Senior Solution Architect - Integration Architect* *Duration: 9 month(s) Location: Atlanta, GA* *Job Description* • Platform Architect Responsibilities (for integration platforms)- We need a Landscape Architect with Integration knowledge and get him training on Mulesoft & Apigee • Scope of the products: Apigee - API gateway & Mulesoft - ESB • Resource will need to be trained in Apigee technology stack (not just proxy development) and Mulesoft. We welcome any star technical resource you have who has done integration work (development and architecture), mobile development etc. • New technologies and products • Assess new technologies and product • Chart out and execute POCs for new technologies and products • Chart out and execute plans for introducing them into KO ecosystem • Provide direction and drive necessary interaction with Platform Infrastructure *Operation Management:* • Monitor platform usage and performance • Work with product vendor/support teams to mitigate platform performance issues • Identify and remediate monitoring gaps • Identify and remediate support and process gaps • Coordinate resolution activities for product/platform issues with vendor(s) • Setup and maintain connectivity domains, SSL certs for the integration platforms. *Release Management:* • Assess risks from new releases • Release Planning - communication and rollout strategy • Validate release test results *Technical supervision:* • Risk assessment of security issues • Partner with Integration Architects to design/document new integration patterns • Assess impacts to platform from existing or new integrations/solutions. Will require working with integration architect to remediate the issue through a new solution or platform standards. • Differentiate platform issues & performance issues from integration issues and work on remediating them. • Work closely with Integration Support team with production support issues related to the platform *Risk Management:* • Provide risk mitigation plans for issues identified above • Business continuity planning, failover testing and Disaster recovery testing along with product vendor. *Platform Roadmap:* • Assessment of new product features - provide recommendations to solution architects; coordinate with vendors and support teams to onboard new features. • Sunset older features/protocols - coordinate with solution architects, support teams and client teams to sunset deprecated features/protocols. *Vendor Management:* • Manage changes and platform maintenance activities through assigned vendor resources.
