Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Experience in offshore-onsite mode of working • TIBCO BW experience and , EMS, Admin, Hawk Monitoring • Strong understanding and real time experience with creating webservices • Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve bugs and issues with little or no direction. *Roles & Responsibilities:* • Responsible for onsite coordination and hands on development with TIBCO BW services • Coordinate with offshore technical team members for issue resolution and application enhancements • Involvement in client discussions on requirements gathering, design discussion and status updates • Functional requirement gathering for planned user stories or enhancements and perform GAP analysis. • Key involvement in estimation of User stories or enhancements • Key involvement in System component design and implementation • Involvement in User Demos, Conference Room Pilot sessions, System integration and User Acceptance phases • Prepare Knowledge Transition package for inducting trainees in the project • Evaluate and implement new initiatives on process improvement and technology initiatives.
