This group works on tools that provide internal call center representatives and branch representatives the ability to better serve customers. There are several tools that they work with including Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/>, Siebel, Qlik and custom-built tools. You will work with several Scrum teams to automate existing manual test cases as well as help the teams automate testing of new functionality. You will be building/developing the automation framework from scratch.
