*Position:- SAP Solution Manager/ Program Manager * *Duration:- 12 Months+ * *Location:- Redmond WA * *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* *JD:* *ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- * · Our client is seeking a *Senior Solution/Program Manager (SM/PM)* who is passionate about software services and partner integrations, is adept at detailed project planning and risk management, and who has a strong focus in the agile delivery of products and services into a Physical Supply Chain operational environment. *Roles and Responsibilities:* · *Understands with authority Supply Chain (Inventory Management, Order Management, Delivery & Logistics) process details and optimally experienced with SAP ERP Supply Chain integration.* · Author and propose Business Cases, Features, User Stories for Supply Chain products, service features and capabilities. · Understands Supply Chain high-level data flows and clearly understand the processing required between Supply Chain components, systems and Partners. · Work with business partner teams to define and refine scenarios and process flows with relevant data service interface definitions or data contracts. · Author high-quality, detailed Business Requirements, Functional Design Specifications at a granular level such that development and test teams can implement the features and components defined in the specification correctly and efficiently. · Translates user requirements into system specifications and RESTful Service Oriented specifications. · Understands and contributes to high-level processing algorithms at a level to ensure that developers, testers and support engineers can clearly implement, test and execute on the algorithm. · Define and execute SQL queries for data analysis and processing. · Guide business & engineering team leads in pre-sprint Feature and User Story understanding and adoption. · Support sprints with development, test and support engineering to meet project goals. · Lead Sprint Validation to ensure business goals are achieved. · Assist engineering and business teams in the delivery of services into production and post-deployment implementation. · Construct detailed project plans then evangelize and track projects from inception through release to production for the delivery of software services into an operational environment. *Basic Qualifications* · Strong experience with Physical *Supply Chain business processes*, scenarios and specifications focused on Inventory Management, Order Management, Delivery & Logistics. Supply Chain projects focused on capabilities in: 3rd-Partuy Marketplace Integration, SAP Sales Orders, SAP Deliveries, Distributor Logistics, Shipping & Carriers, EDI Partner integration. · *Experience with RESTful Services and REST-based Service solutions is required.* · Strong experience with functional design specification for developers and testers. · Strong analysis, writing and presentation skills · Experience with *SAP SD/MM/Logistics integration and functionality.* Experience in SQL query definition · Experience with service-oriented architecture and operations · Experience with high availability and high volume transaction processing · Experience with agile methodologies that include short development cycles and working with multi-disciplinary roles across Microsoft and third parties. · Ability to drive technical process and team issues to resolution. · Ability to plan, schedule, evangelize and track projects using Microsoft tools include MS Project, Visual Studio and Excel. · *5+ years of experience delivering Supply Chain applications or services* · BS degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science/Engineering · 7+ years of Solution/Program Management experience in delivering Supply Chain software products or services into production environments.
